At ElkShape, we stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ElkShape account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
